You retain ownership of content you create within the App (such as meal logs and notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the App's services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without obligation to you.

SPECIFICALLY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitchin AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by contacting us at privacy@kitchin.ai.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kitchin AI, Inc. regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
